KFC - Leicester Square
Welcome to KFC - Leicester Square, an iconic stop for fried chicken lovers nestled in the bustling heart of London at 43 Charing Cross. Just a stone's throw away from the Leicester Square underground station, this branch perfectly caters to those in need of a quick, satisfying meal amidst the city's hustle and bustle.
Upon my visit, the atmosphere was undeniably lively, a reflection of its prime location. It’s no surprise that KFC - Leicester Square draws in both locals and tourists alike. As illustrated in the reviews from customers like Henry, who arrived straight from Heathrow for his first experience, the venue can get crowded. Nevertheless, it serves as a convenient dining option for those short on time.
When it comes to the food, opinions seem to vary. Lluis Segura raved about the delicious offerings and the lightning-fast service, marking this location as one of the best KFCs he's ever visited. The staff is noted for being friendly, which adds to the overall positive dining experience. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that prices might vary compared to other locations, as highlighted by Lluis, making it a subject of personal perspective.
On the flip side, not every experience has been stellar. Customer Ken Ip mentioned some hiccups with order processing, including a dry and cold chicken burger that failed to live up to expectations. Such inconsistencies can mar the experience, but they illuminate the complexities of operating in a high-traffic area like Leicester Square.
Moreover, while the food is typically consistent, as TST pointed out, there are occasional issues with service accuracy, specifically regarding change during transactions. This can be frustrating for patrons who expect precision, especially in a fast-paced environment.
In summary, KFC - Leicester Square is a vibrant spot ideal for quick meals with a familiar menu that holds its own amidst the flurry of London’s dining options. While the service and quality may swing from exceptional to average, the café remains a go-to for many due to its unbeatable location and the comforting taste of fried chicken that KFC is known for.
Whether you're grabbing a bite after a show or just need to refuel during a day of exploring, this KFC delivers a taste of home in the midst of London’s dynamic atmosphere.

First time eating kfc here. I ate here directly after landing at Heathrow. The food was okay but there was really much people. But what can i expect from a restaurant in the middle of London. Its a good place to eat if you are in a hurry. The place is right around the corner of the underground station of Leicester Square which makes it easy to find if you never been there.Vegetarian options: Its a restaurant based on chicken.Dietary restrictions: There could be better restaurant but if you can not eat pork this could be for you.Parking: Not goodKid-friendliness: Children love chicken nuggetsWheelchair accessibility: Good for wheelchair

Excellent. Delicious food and they go really fast, the fastest KFC service i've ever seen, nice workers and definitely one of the bests KFCs i've been in my life. The only thing i would like to complain is the prices, this is personal opinion tho, i gotta admit the prices are kinda acessible to be London./

pm I ordered a chicken burger with the machine but ticket was not able to print out. Asked the staff at the couter and seemed not able to understand me and directed me to the othe staff. Time to call the number for pick up, the same guy, instead of calling , he shouted :).. The burger was so bad.. the bun and the patty was so dry and cold - it looked as if it had been pre-made. The pops were pre-poured as well.

I usually enjoy visiting this KFC- the food is consistent and the service is generally good . However,I’ve noticed an issue where the correct change isn’t always returned ,especially small amounts like p or p.While it might seem insignificant, it’s the principle that matters . Customers should feel confident that every transaction is accurate, no matter the amount. I hope this can be addressed as it would improve the overall experience and reflect better on the professionalism of the brand .
